§ 1. General Provisions
1. This Privacy Policy lays down the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by Customers with respect to using by them the www.komandor.com website.
2. Komandor S.A. spares no effort to ensure that the personal information provided by the Customers are protected and their privacy respected when using the website and takes any action as needed to this end.
§ 2. Personal Data Controller

The Controller will process your personal data such as: first name, surname, e-mail address, country, telephone number, IP address, cookies for the purposes of:
• giving answers to all inquiries received and contacting to this end, and also of carrying on correspondence with a view to future cooperation,
• statistical measurements, marketing the Controller’s products and services (including data analysing and profiling for marketing purposes)
§ 4. Legal Basis for Processing your Personal Data Is the Following:
• Your consent e.g. to giving answers to all inquiries received and being contacted to this end (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR),
• Taking action at your request, i.e. answering an inquiry, giving a quotation, preparing an offer or correspondence for establishing cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR),
• The Controller’s legitimate interest in the form of marketing of the Controller’s products and services, including carrying on correspondence, investigating a complaint, resolving a dispute should one arise (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR).

Please be informed that you provide your data to Komandor S.A. voluntarily, however, the provision of the data should answers to all inquiries received be given and you be contacted to this end, and also correspondence with a view to future cooperation be carried on, is necessary to fulfil those purposes.
§ 5. Storage Period of Personal Data
The Controller will store your personal data no longer than …….. of the date of giving an answer to an inquiry or of the expiry of validity of a(n) quotation, offer, and/or until such time as you withdraw your consent. Should a contract be made, your personal data will be stored until the expiry of all potential claims and the period of storing financial documentation.
§ 6. Data Recipients
We know how important it is to ensure the protection of and manage your personal data. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect personal data against accidental loss and unauthorised access, use, change and disclosure.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to Google, should you give your consent to using cookies. Google is a recipient certified under the Privacy Shield, which is tantamount to providing appropriate safeguards to protect personal data according to Article 46(2) of GDPR.
Your personal data may also be transferred to a territorially competent given your residence partner of ours in a third country for handling the matter more conveniently for you. If we send your personal data to a competent given your residence partner of ours, we will oblige the entity to protect your personal data, however, it should be borne in mind that should the data given your residence be transferred outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries, then some of those countries apply different personal data protection standards than those established in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). You have the right to data portability only as to those data which are processed by us under a contract with you or under your consent.

§ 11. Cookies
1. The www.komandor.com website uses cookies. Those are small text files sent by a www server and stored by a browser computer software. When the browser re-connects to a site, the website identifies a type of device used by the user for connection. The parameters allow the information contained therein to be read by the server which created them only. Cookies, therefore, facilitate using the websites which have been visited before.
2. The information being collected involves IP address, type of a browser used, language, type of an operating system, the Internet service provider, information on time and date, location and information sent to the website via a contact form.
3. The data collected are used to monitor and find out how the users use our sites to streamline the functioning of the website by providing more efficient and easy navigation. We monitor the information on the users using the Google Analytics tool which tracks users’ behaviour on a site.
4. Cookies identify a user, which facilitate adjusting the contents of a navigated website to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it facilitates adjusting personalised ads properly. This cookie helps us identify the website areas which needs improving. Because no personal information or data are tracked, _ga cookie does not facilitate the personal identification of a user.
_gid 24 hours This Google Analytics cookie is used to distinguish users for the purposes of collecting information on a site visits.
fe_typo_user Session Cookie generated by the website Contents Management System: TYPO3. This cookie facilitates identifying a user and remembering their preferences (e.g. the website language version selected) and operations performed on our website (e.g. words searched). The cookie is created on opening our site and vanishes on closing the browser.

6. The user can switch off and/or restore the option of collecting cookies at any time by changing the settings in a web browser. How the settings are changed in the most popular browsers:
o Google Chrome: click on the menu (in the upper-right corner), Settings tab > Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on the Contents settings button. Here you select a level of security in the “Accept cookies” field. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, first name, surname, telephone number, are collected only where the user gave their explicit consent to it when filling in the form.
§ 12. System Logs

System logs, or a register of developments - a record of information on developments and operations relating to the WWW site created in chronological order.
They contain data such as IP address used to enter a given sub-site, this site address and connect time.
We use the system logs particularly for statistical purposes.
Analysis of the system logs also facilitates the identification of security-related risks.

Komandor.com reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
The present Privacy Policy applies to every Komandor.com website user. Komandor.com will notify of the changes to the Privacy Policy on the website.
